johnson Dennis Johnson has taught at Westminster Seminary California since 1982 and is currently the Academic Dean. After teaching New Testament for 16 years, he now teaches primarily preaching and ministry courses, applying his background in biblical studies to the issues of ministry to the church and the culture. Dr. Johnson has been privileged to preach and teach in Chad, Malaysia, Mexico, Singapore, and the Ukraine. juliusJulius Kim is the Associate Professor of Practical Theology and the Dean of Students at Westminster Seminary California. He has also taught undergraduate communications at Trinity International University and church history at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. joel Joel Kim is an ordained minister in the Presbyterian Church in America and has served as Associate Pastor of Segaero Presbyterian Church in Los Angeles. He taught historical and systematic theology at Calvin Theological Seminary and International Theological Seminary in Los Angeles, as well as in Taiwan and Indonesia. bergsma Dr. Bergsma and his wife Doris live in the Chicago area but also spend time each year in southern California, where he has continued to teach part-time at Westminster Seminary California during the spring semester. fletcher2.jpg Fletcher Matandika was born and raised in Malawi. His father, Rev. R.A. Matandika is a Minister in the Nkhoma Synod of the Church of Central Africa Presbyterian (CCAP). Fletcher graduated from the African Bible College (BA in Biblical Studies, Minor in Communications) in 2002. In April of 1999 when he was in his second year of college, he responded to God’s call upon his life and founded the Ministry of Hope which a Christian orphan care ministry caring for over 3,000 orphan children. Fletcher is currently pursuing a Master of Divinity degree at Westminster Seminary in California due to graduate in May 2009. He is also currently serving as President & CEO of Joy to the World Ministries, Inc., another organization which he founded in April of 2006 to promote Christian missions in Malawi and Southern Africa.

owen-lee-and-family.jpgPastor Owen Lee is a graduate of Westminster Seminary California and an ordained minister in the Presbyterian Church in America (PCA) where he was called to serve as a church-planter. He and his lovely wife Margaret began New Life Burbank in their living room in August of 2002 and since then have been faithfully shepherding and loving the church that the Lord has entrusted to their care. They have 3 beautiful children (Abigail, Caleb and Elizabeth).

dennis.jpgDennis Kang has served as a minister in the Cerritos area for over six years. After receiving his call to ministry as a student at UCLA he went on to earn a Masters degree at Westminster Seminary in California. He was ordained as a minister in the KAPC in 2003. He has a tremendous passion for missions and the expansion of God’s kingdom.

aaron.jpgAaron Chung is the Pastoral Assistant at City Light Church in Los Angeles. He spent 1.5 years in China as a missionary after graduating from college where he taught English, studied Chinese, and did Bible Studies with Chinese Minorities. Upon his return to the States, he enrolled at Westminster Seminary California where he received his Master of Divinity in May 2007. In the future, Aaron plans to write his first book and to go overseas to train native pastors.

mugshot2.jpgJoann Um is pursuing graduate studies in chemistry at UCLA. She has been on several short-term trips since college and has been actively involved in learning about and promoting God’s global work. In the future, Joann hopes to complete seminary studies and either teach or launch a bakery/café overseas.
